Eligibility

• The Dreams Come True Competition (hereafter called The Competition) is open only to residents of Australia aged 18 and over.
• Employees of PHE International PTY LTD and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.

Entrant Warranties

• By entering The Competition the entrant warrants they understand, accept and meet the eligibility requirements set out in these terms and conditions.
• By entering you agree that PHE International may publish your name and entry online on their websites and social media accounts.

How To Enter

• Entrants must place an order on https://www.wildsecretslingerie.com.au. Upon receipt of their order confirmation email, they must fill out the competition entry form located here.
• One entry may be submitted per order placed.
• Entries may not be submitted for cancelled orders.
• PHE International reserves the right to disqualify any entrants at its discretion. Reasons for disqualification includes but is not limited to the following:
  • Infringement of a third part’s intellectual property rights
  • A breach of The Competition terms and conditions.

Important Dates

• Eligible orders must be placed between 10 AM AEDT Monday 29th of January and midnight AEDT Tuesday the 28th of April 2024.
• Entry forms must be completed by Midnight AEST Sunday 28th of April 2024.
• Winners will be selected on merit by the Wild Secrets Marketing Team.
• One winner will be selected on each of these dates below:
  • February 1, 5, 7, 9, 13, 16, 19, 22, 24, 28
  • March 1, 5, 8, 11, 14, 18, 20, 22, 26, 29
  • April 1, 4, 8, 10, 12, 16, 19, 22, 25, 29
• Winners will be announced no later than 1 week after each draw with first initials and surnames published on the competition page.

Prizes

• 30 total prize winners will be drawn.
• The total prize pool is valued at $22,500.00 AUD, and are as follows:

Costs and Expenses

• Entrants are solely responsible for any and all expenses incurred in entering or winning the competition.
• Prize delivery costs will be borne by PHE International PTY LTD.

Notification

• Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email within 2 days of the draw to allow them to secure their prize.
• Every reasonable effort will be undertaken to locate and contact winners.
• If winners cannot be contacted, a new winner may be drawn at the discretion of PHE International.

‘SpinWheel’ Promotion Terms & Conditions

'Spin To Win' is a PHE International promotion that will take place on www.wildsecrets.com.au from 2 April 2024 to 17 April 2024. By entering the promotion, entrants agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), and by the decisions of the Promoter, PHE International, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.

1. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and an Australian resident with an Australian shipping address. This promotion is not open to employees, contractors, or freelancers of the Promoter.

2. By entering your email address, you agree to receive emails from Wild Secrets (including Wild Secrets newsletters, as well as promotional offers and announcements from Wild Secrets).

3. Multiple entries not permitted. The maximum number of entries per email address is one. 

4. No returns or cancellations can be made for orders used to enter the promotion. All sales are final, users cannot cancel and re-order.

5. There is no cash or credit alternative to the prize.

6. To enter, individuals must visit www.wildsecrets.com.au and follow the prompts to enter their email address in the promotion entry lightbox. Each entrant will then be prompted to ‘spin the wheel’ to see which deal they will receive. Once the spinning wheel stops spinning, the entrant will be notified instantly online of their deal and their promotion code. The promotion code will also be emailed to the entrant.

7. To claim their deal, entrants must enter their promotion code at checkout. Each prize only available to first 200 customers.

8. Entrants have the chance of winning one of three special offers: Free Classic Vibe with any purchase over $49. Free Bullet Vibe with any purchase over $49. Free Mystery Gift with any purchase over $49.

9. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, PHE International (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the PHE International’s control); b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by a PHE International employee or representative) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of a PHE International; d) any variation in prize value e) any tax liability incurred by the winner or any entrant; or f) the use of the prize.

10. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any delay, damage, or loss in transit of prizes.

11. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion at any time due to intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed (for example, vandalism, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism).

12. To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties, representations or guarantees (Warranties) regarding the promotion and any prizes, including any Warranties which may have been made in the course of advertising or promoting the promotion. The conduct of the promotion or the supply of prizes may involve third parties, and the Promoter makes no Warranties and disclaims all liability in connection with any such third parties, their acts or omissions. By entering the promotion, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter and its related bodies corporate (including the officers, employees and agents of each) from and against all actions, penalties, liabilities, claims or demands the entrant may have against the Promoter or that the Promoter may incur for any loss or damage which is or may be suffered or sustained as a direct or indirect result of an entrant entering or participating in the promotion or winning or failing to win a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law or which would cause any part of this clause to be void or unenforceable.

13. If despite the foregoing clause, the Promoter incurs a liability to an entrant under any law which implies a Warranty into these Terms of entry which cannot legally be excluded, the Promoter’s liability in respect of the promotion is limited, in the Promoter’s discretion, to either resupplying such goods or services as form part of the promotion, or paying the cost of resupplying those goods or services.
