Eligibility
The Wild Secrets’ Mega Giveaway (hereafter called The Competition) is open only to residents of Australia aged 18 and over.
Employees of PHE International PTY LTD and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.
Entrant Warranties
Entrants must place an order on Sex Toys, Adult Toys, Adult Shop | Wild Secrets or Affordable Online Intimates | Wild Secrets Lingerie Australia.
Upon receipt of their order confirmation email, entrants must fill out the competition entry form located at https://www.wildsecrets.com.au/info/competitions, or https://www.wildsecretslingerie.com.au/info/competitions
One entry may be submitted per order placed.
Entries may not be submitted for cancelled orders.
PHE International reserves the right to disqualify any entrants at its discretion. Reasons for disqualification includes but is not limited to the following:
Infringement of a third part’s intellectual property rights
A breach of The Competition terms and conditions.
Important Dates
Eligible orders must be placed between 10 AM AEST Wednesday 20th of July and midnight AEST on the 31st August 2022.
Entry forms must be completed by Midnight AEST Wednesday 31st of August.
Winners will be selected on merit by the Wild Secrets Marketing Team by Wednesday 14th of September 2022.
Winners will be announced on the 14th of September 2022.
Prizes
One prize winner will be selected.
The prize is $10,000 AUD provided as supermarket gift cards, either Coles or Woolworths - winner’s choice.
Prizes will be delivered by registered mail to a nominated address of the winner’s choice.
Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Costs and Expenses
Entrants are solely responsible for any and all expenses incurred in entering or winning the competition.
Prize delivery costs will be borne by PHE International PTY LTD.
Notification
Winners will be contacted by email and/or within 2 days of the draw to allow them to secure their prize.
Every reasonable effort will be undertaken to locate and contact winners.
If winners cannot be contacted, a new winner may be drawn at the discretion of PHE International.
